Club Penguin Detective Series: The Christmas Thief Clue #1

A Normal Day in Club Penguin…
You’re known as agent999. You aren’t a big deal around Club Penguin, and you’re considered a beginner. Most of the agents are far out of the island looking into a top-secret gang of penguins wreaking havoc on the new Card-Jitsu: water game. You’re at the lighthouse beacon trying to see a good view of the crime scene. You can’t go to the Dojo area because it is closed to all penguins without permission from the head-agent, Aunt Arctic. She believes that agents like you are too new and cannot provide any good use in a case this serious.
It’s 7:30 AM, and after failing to see the crime scene, you hop off your telescope and begin to stretch for your morning jog. Suddenly, your spy phone begins ringing! You have an alert from Gary! It reads:
Calling all beginner agents, I have an issue with some petty, beginner thieves that are trying to steal my new invention. In case this message is being read by one of the thieves, I have encoded my location in this letter. The first agent to decipher this letter and meet me at the destination will be entrusted with this top-secret device. Here is the code:
