Robots Leading Towards Mission 11?

Club Penguin soon will be releasing Mission 11 on Club Penguin, and I was waddling around Club Penguin and I noticed spotted around the island was robots. If you have a look on the DS Elite Penguin Force the Mission 13 is pretty much about robots. Are these robots what are around the island leading up to the new mission?

If you don’t know about Mission 13 on EPF throughout that mission it involves them throughout the whole mission. Who knows a loads of people are saying that they will be involved, but we will just have to wait and see.
