hi i got a cheat to find him:go on penguin storm 9 then click on buy item and then on enter item id and type in 9007 then hey presto u got his background!:-)

I saw him yesturday ppl its easy just g o somewhere. I saw him on Southren Lights in the haunted house time about 9 pm
i saw him in the secret lab on sleet. he just left

OMG! He was just in my igloo! Not! He was really in the secret lab. He gave me a tour of his lab and I got to see a secret room! I was the very first and only one to do that! Lucky Me!
