Hello penguins. This is the official CPIP, club penguin improvement project, guide! Wonder why all the penguins have the beta hat? Just read on! It will include a shocking secret, every cpip link, all the cheats and bugs, how to get moderators on your list and tips on finding them, as well as more things.

These are the links to each of the improvement projects parts, in order from which they came out. The secret is that this server test is all for the new club penguin setup in United Kingdom! The site for this next cp will probably be clubpenguin.co.uk. There are some other links that proove this more, but they aren’t really necessary for this entry.
Club Penguin Improvement Project Cheats and Bugs.
Within the new servers there are many cheats, bugs, and glitches. If you find one that’s not here you can report it in a comment or report it to billybob here. I have found these bugs.
The soccer shirt glitch. You can use this by wearing the soccer shirt and it will go over your face. You can make it look really silly by wearing other items with it such as the football helmet. Here is a picture of my brother doing this glitch.
Membership glitch. Since your penguin is a clone of your other one, when you buy membership AFTER you registered you will not get to buy member items on the server test. That’s what happened to me. There really is no way of showing this in a picture.
Full room bug. When you try to enter a room that’s full it doesn’t give you the full room error. Instead the room just never loads. This happened to me when I was trying to get into the gift shop to find billybob. It may not always happen, but it sure does sometimes.
How To Get Moderators To Add You
Well, in the test servers all the moderators started out empty, so if you find one and ask them, most likely they will add you. Most people hang out in test server one. That is a big tip because I have found Chewitt Dude, Dendo Guy, Billybob, Rsnail, Screenhog, Fever, and others there. Just talk to them and be nice. Here are some pictures. (Fever is a member thanks to me.)
I add everyone that asks now. At first I was afraid I would get full to fast. Now I have about 70 buddies. Still 30 spots open. I mainly go on server 1 if you want to find me.
Beta Hat
Where are all these beta hats coming from? Well the answer really is no where. It is one of the many ways of hacking club penguin. It only works on the test servers and with a special program. So don’t worry about following people for the beta hat because it’s simply not there. Hacking is bad and can get you on club penguin’s bad side. Don’t do it. You’ll have plenty of time to get it without being banned on your own. Here’s a picture.

ADAM:Well, taking it away would be the right thing to do. We all break rules sometimes. You may or may not get banned depending on if you get caught or not.

hi about that thing with beta tester hat all of a sudden wat is the link im just wondering wat it is.
i had the beta hat and i told ppl i had it but they couldn’t see me wearing it this is something i said. “i’m wearing the beta hat!”i said someone said “no your noy liar” so i think that no one can see it except the person who uses it.

but if u get banned on cpip u dont get banned on CP. also the beta hat trainer wont work anymore…. rile and script are working on a rockhopper trainer but theres a few errors and they might not release it.

Wweadam i will like to inform u about a glitch.
On 3:58 Thursday(PST)in server1 two penguins with same username appeared(username=cycle 22)!They both spoke together and walked and played games together.One was a member and other was a non member.When i asked them bout this they both said together”this a cool glitch i have found”!
